I am writing this complaint with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the unethical billing practices and lack of responsiveness at In-Shape Gym. It has come to my attention that your establishment is charging me less than 24 hours after the beginning of the month, a practice that demonstrates a blatant disregard for your customers financial well-being and shows a complete lack of empathy.

Not only am I grappling with financial difficulties at the moment, but I am also dealing with serious back injuries that have severely impacted my ability to utilize the gyms facilities.

I have provided supporting documentation from my healthcare provider outlining the nature of my injuries and advising against strenuous physical activity.

Despite my attempts to communicate and address these issues, it appears that In-Shape Gym has chosen to turn a blind eye to my genuine concerns.

I have tried to cancel my membership both by calling your customer service and through the supposed convenience of your app, only to be met with frustration and a complete lack of cooperation.

This experience has left me utterly disillusioned and deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by In-Shape Gym. I would like to make it clear that I will not be referring anyone to your establishment in the future

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I pay annual membership fee which is due in September. The club manager explained that to me.

Mobile App Not Working

I have sent two previous requests for help to get my mobile app. working again, but unfortunately it hasn't been important enough for someone to give me a call or send me an email. What is it going to take to get this resolved? I have deleted the app. and reloaded it probably 5x w/o any change in how it responds. Is someone going to resolve this or continue to play "too busy" to resolve this issue?

Billing Issue

Hello we have been members for a a very long time we are platinum members account # 47004**-**. We have not made any changes to our account since day 1. I would like you to fix my billing it had an extra $25 on the last 3 bills. I dont understand why you would add on this extra charge and i don;t appreciate this at all. my bill should have no change from the day we signed up and this is almost border line fraud. We really enjoy our. membership and have been loyal customers from day one. Please correct this so that we dont have to go any further with this issue.. Thank you in advance.

It's very important that I speak with somebody about my account being canceled I needed to cancel now without any money getting taken out I am on medical leave I am constantly bleeding now from a medical condition that can't be fixed without surgery and I severely sprained my ankle there's no way I could go to the gym whatsoever I need it canceled without anything taking out of my account for next month!! I was washing my hands and an anger employee told me to turn the water off I responded I will once Im done using it. She said WOW.

Rolled her eyes. I told her can joy please dont tell me what to do and just do your job. She continue to keep talking so much negative stuff. Yesterday 07/17.

An employee name Kristina came up to me and told me after we went swimming with my daughters that they have a swimming lessons and the schedule is from 1-330 pm we finished swimming about @4pm so I told her oh I didnt know she said will now you KNOW and she rolled her eyes on me. I talked to the manger Ivan. Whats going on with her staff they ah e the worst customer service. All she said was yeah.

The corporate weds to k ow Elmira Im shape clubs has the worst customer service. Theyre making us not to ever go here anymore.

Theyre lucky I continue to work out here especially this aint the first time I feel attacked a cookie years ago Ive a diabetic son who was kicked out the club because his blood sugar went low. This club need disciplinary.

Steam room in Cathedral City

Sometime in May I cancelled my membership and received a confirmation, you have continued to steal money from my checking account so far about $50 since you were supposed to stop. I complained and today you sent an email saying that i may cancel and will be billed through July. NO, NO, NO!! You MUST return my approx $50 immediately. If you do not I will file a complaint with your local District Attorneys Office for illegal refusal to honor a cancellation. You have 24 hours to refund my stolen money. Period!
